We haven’t been active lately as a group, but VFG members, Kam & Bernie are switching up with their game. Tennis anyone???

Just wanted to show all our VFG supporters that we still get our fitness in- even when we can’t all meet up together! I also wanted to switch my workout up with a little Tennis…it’s such good cardio!!!
