About The Valleywood Fit Girls
Funny, motivated, inspiring, fearless’….just some of the many terms used by fans to describe these five beautiful women who decided to change their lives one exercise at a time! With thousands of fans across the nation on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and the Valleywood Fit Girls Club Web site, these ladies have created an online phenomenon like no other! The VFGs are passionate about educating and entertaining other women of color, (especially African-American women), to encourage their friends, and family members and do the same.

I was a trainer in LA from ‘91-’06, I now manufacture core/speed training equipment. This equipment could also function in a bootcamp capacity. Phenominal results for youths. Firstly, let me say that I just learned of your website and the fantastic things you do as a team….Love, Love, Love it!! I think you girls are nothing short of a Powerhouse, one NOT to be reckoned with!
Secondly, I want you to know that I am VERY inspired to put down all the nasty little habits I have (smoking, not eating as healthy, etc.), and start adopting a more healthy lifestyle. I do workout everyday (jogging/powerwalking & strength training (every other day!)), however, there is always room for improvement! And, I am very inspired about your efforts to take control of your health……That’s What’s Up!!!
Continued success to each one of you and I wish you all God’s blessings! Hopefully, our paths will cross in the near future….you never know!
