About The Valleywood Fit Girls

Funny, motivated, inspiring, fearless’….just some of the many terms used by fans to describe these five beautiful women who decided to change their lives one exercise at a time! With thousands of fans across the nation on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and  the Valleywood Fit Girls Club Web site, these ladies have created an online phenomenon like no other! The VFGs are passionate about educating and entertaining other women of color, (especially African-American women), to encourage their friends, and family members and do the same.

Bernie, I’m so proud of the site and how professional you’ve made it. All the women are gorgeous and goal oriented and this will become bigger than you ever imagined. If you need any legal advice, I’ll see what I can do. You need to have a fan appreciation day where certain fans (hint hint) get to jog with you guys. But have a body guard near by ! haaaaa Tell Cecily not to jog that butt off !!! LOL

I sure wish we had a support system out here in Atlanta. I remember when claudia us to get everyone together for bowling now you guys are working out…Love it!!! Maybe we can get some girls together out here and get some competitions going. LOL

I think you all should choose different areas of Southern California to walk in and send out media releases. I live in Orange county and I know there are a lot of trails here too. Each episode of your show could be a different trail and invite sign ups a week before the hike or filming. Limit your participants to people who have a medical clearance. Sale t-shirts after each hike to keep getting the name out there. I’m currently working out with Curtis of bootcampfx.com and he would be glad to be guest on your show. He has a cool boot camp here in Fullerton. That could be an episode for your Youtube uploads. I’m so excited!! Valleywood Fit Girls Club will definitely be an excellent tv show. (Facebook Comment)

We’re a group of friends that consistently get together to workout and socialize, but we do have special “guest hikes” where we invite some of our friends and fans out. We’ll definitely keep everyone posted on the next guest hike date!!

I am sooo jealous of you guys. Well, I mean of your group and how well you guys seem to gel and, most of all, have fun working out. Here is Memphis, mention the word gym and everyone starts with the “Gym? Why would you go to the gym” or “Girl, the only thing I’m about to lift is this 40oz. Big Gulp.” Gee whiz. It must be nice to be around a group of like-minded individuals who are about diet, fitness and keeping in shape. I wish there could be such a group like this in Memphis. Then again, if anyone knows of such a group like this in Memphis, tell me! Keep up the good work.

Wow ladies! What an inspiration you all are! It is such a beautiful thing that you are sharing your positivity, passion, knowledge, and personal experiences to inspire, motivate, educate, and support others in their journey towards a healthier life. This website is awesome, and it’s such an effective way to communicate with everyone who is a part of or is interested in being a part of this movement. Yes, I said movement because it is definitely a movement to help get people moving, active, strong, healthy, and ultimately happier and more confident. You are a group of beautiful, strong, positive women who are doing a beautiful thing to help and impact the lives of others. Keep up the incredible work ladies! And I love the friendship, laughter, and genuine good times you all share together.  I can’t wait come work out with you guys one day soon. You all are fabulous and beautiful inside and out.
