I know has been a long while since y’all seen me around these parts…
I apologize guys! My busy life and the holiday season overshadowed “working out” and consequently contributed to the extra pounds I’ve gained over the past few months. Working in entertainment, I am constantly surrounded by decadent food and free flowing alcohol…that combined with the hours I spend on the computer each day, I know that my body is toxic and in need of some serious repair! In an effort to take charge of my health, I’ve joined my comedian friend Aida Rodriguez in a full body detox/cleanse from DHERBS.
I am doing THE FULL BODY DETOX, a 21-day herbal cleanse combined with a diet of raw fruits, veggies and nuts. There are quite a few of us that are on this cleanse, and many of us can be found here Aida & Friends Detox in 2010 on Facebook. I know how hard it can be to break bad habits, especially when you go at it alone. I love it! Congrats! stay focused mama…that comment chewing meat got me rolling..lol.
Ive been bad with my diet this week….to a point that i will have coffee in the morning and not eat the whole day! then at nights, i crave sweets! NOT GOOD! S.O.S.
I promise to start my diet in a few days…ive been wildin out with junk food lately….so not me, esp eating gummy bears!

Day 3…you doin it girl….the first 4 days can be challenging but worth it. Hey are you making smoothies? Frozen fresh fruit and either organic juice or fresh squeezed juice makes bomb smoothies. They saved my life on this detox. Carry around your own italian salad dressing (I made up one). I made a trail mix of raw almonds and non sulfur dried fruit or raisins cut in little pieces. It’s better than just eating raw nuts….

Keep up the good work! I did the master cleanse recently for 10 days and it was rather agonizing but it sounds like you have better food choices. Me being vegetarian made it easier but I know what you mean about the aromas! I was never really hungry after the 3rd or 4th day which is the hardest, but I wanted some curry flavor the whole time! I lost… See More over 20 but unfortunately gained it back since then. I might try this or at least want to check it out a little more. If I could just cut the sugar and alcohol out afterwards but it calls me! lol @ i’m so over nuts & lol at parts of your vid.. Good seein ya! ~Buck
