Haahaaa!!!!!This was such a fun hike, i’m so glad I was able to make it out!! Next Guest hike will be all the VFGs and our wonderful VFG supporters!!! It was a pleasure meeting all of you and I hope you continue to be inspired and motivated to take charge of your health!!!!!

I am so glad I went on the hike today with the VFGC. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful…..and I just want to say: I did it!!! It was tough but if I can do it at 248lbs, you can too! I hope to see more of you at the next event!!!!
