Hi Berni, i miss you and your crew. You keep me entertained and this is what i think of the rest of the crew.

1) B!—-
I love you B, your unselfish nature again comes to the forefront.You are always behind the camera putting people on the spotlight is your thing. some times i wonder how you are able to manipulate around the camera while shooting yourself. But a Great job. Without your work i wont even have an idea about this lovely people. You are cool at all times. Just at times the coach(cj) gets hard on you while training abs and hiking.

2)CJ……
laaaalah!…. yes the coach,she is really cool. Down to earth.Really funny most of the time i think.And am sure she speaks her mind.that is whether you like or not.works really hard for abs and brings everyone on board.d
She teases me to death.when i thought she had said yes i do,she turned around with just not with you…..lol. And the best one again….lenght matters,i was sure i knew what it meant but poor boy, i got it wrong again.
I love her dedication.At times she acts as the spokeslady of Valleywood fit gals…..lol.Your tips are also working for me across the atlantic here in london.

3)cec…..
Phew! what can i say about my friend. I guess cec plays the big sister role.
Smiles when she has to and can be serious when need be. I think she is the type that never gives up on anything. But also you have to earn her respect. She gives a real shot on those abs though u must be special to see them, phew! Always awake incase Tanj wants to jump out of the window.

4)porscha…..
Waoh…..she is cool. Though a few times she never turnes up for hiking she is fun. Smiles innocently but she can really shake them (booty) when
need arises.i like her.I will only be scared to challenge her on the dance floor…boy….lol.

5)Tanj…….
Olalaaaaaaah.Gosh she makes me LMAO.She is so funny.As a teacher i would not let her and CJ sit near each other,or else my lesson will be way to long to end.She takes on anyone and maybe anything…lol.Name it and and watch her.Am sure most guys are never sure what they are getting into……am joking.She is my darling,am sure she can make anyone feel a hero or reduce anyone to dust.So watch your steps boys.She so sweet that if she says she is not coming to my party i might as well call it off.Am sure tanj and CJ do compete on who has the most ripped abs.She’s cute.

6)kam……
Mhhhh! Kam never show’s up in most of the training. But still she has nice body. Cute and i think she treasures those assets of her on the chest….lol. Sorry…i did not mean to mention that. I wish she can stick with the ValleyWood Fit gals for sometime. Would love to se more of her.

B! Pass my very sincere to yur gals,they are great and they inspire me alot.
