That was very sweet and I’m humbled by that.Second, to really encourage you and the Valleywood fit club. I hit 37, and I’m not sure your ages but I think it’s in the neighborhood. I have hired a personal trainer to help me with my weight and staying fit. By taking time to show the hard work you put in to making your bodies fit–really means alot. It goes beyond the “glamour and lights” of Hollywood and connects with real people like me.So THANK YOU—I’m starting August off right. Now I have walked Fryman Canyon for two years and have never seen such a beautiful group of women. It is inspiring to know you have a fitness club! Moreover, I am working on a production that would tell the stories of some of the walker’s and why they walk, the energy in the canyon and the importants of exercise. I took a producer out there on Saturday to feel the energy, but he didn’t. Instead, he was mad that he came from Calabasas to walk for miles.
