Moving right along here with this “fish only” diet.  Breakfast consisted of a bowl of Special K cereal with almonds and orange juice. Lunch was a pleasant surprise because my mom came by to visit and mixed my spinach/lemon pesto pasta salad up with leftover grilled salmon and chopped lettuce…Delishhhh!!! Dinner was a leftover grilled salmon patty with lettuce, tomatoes and a slice of monterey jack cheese….side dish of  freshly chopped veggie sticks….so yummy!! Yes, i’ve already been told by a few fans on Facebook to watch the sodium amounts in the salmon patties and that bread is just extra carbs…blah, blah, blah. LOL   The great thing about doing this diet at home is that no body’s breathing down my neck while i’m scarfing these delectables down!….and once again I reiterate: I’m taking baby steps here and I’m very proud of myself because I usually eat way fattier foods than this!
