Hello all!
It’s Day #3 for the Pescetarian Challenge, and well I must admit, I haven’t had time to go to the grocery store so like my girl Kam Stunna, I too have been on a “vegetarian diet” for the past four days. I survived the Vegatarian Challenge pretty well, so the Pescatarian challenge is surely a breeze. Lucky for me I absolutely LOVE fish and seafood, so eating this way is a treat! My poor friend Bernie has been putting herself on blast, so we all vowed to step it up so she won’t take all the heat! LOL! Plus, Claudia is all the way in Vegas, she can’t bust me on s*^$!
Breakfast
This morning I had a protein shake with organic bananas, blueberries and my no carb/no sugar strawberry flavored protein powder.

That looks pretty good Cec, i’m gonna have to pick up some ingredients from the store and try this out! I already drink almond milk so i’ll substitute that for the soymilk.

Thanxs alot guys…Because of my current medical condition, I was forced back on this diet almost 2 weeks ago.. It’s not hard. Since, my condition has improved dramatically, although Im sure the gall bladder will still have to go..My doctor has strung me out for 3 weeks and test that have cost my insurance company in the neighborhood of 15k.. and I havent made it to the table yet…lol.. BTW.. I can see I have some stiff comp n here.. GOOD.. you guyz take care!!
