 Cec, Claudia & Bernie discussing their diet challenge for the week….Cecily said she has more energy. Claudia said she can’t cut sugar. Bernie needs to cut down on Morton’s steak. But so far, so good….

Add to cups of the chocolate whey with one cup of coffee and cup of ice. Ice coffee in the am with pop!

Hi Bernadette. Have you tried “VEGA” the Complete Whole Food Health Optimizer? You can get it at Whole Foods. My wife uses that one and she loves it.
